Keep meals frozen at -18°C or colder until you're ready to use them. Once defrosted, keep the meal refrigerated and use it within 24 hours. Do not refreeze a meal that has thawed.

Every meal can be cooked from frozen. As a guide, oven: 190°C / fan 170°C for 35-40 minutes with the film pierced. Microwave: 7 minutes at 900W, stir, then a further 3-4 minutes. Always follow the instructions printed on the sleeve and check the food is piping hot throughout.

Yes. Rice bowls, pasta dishes and curries behave differently, and times vary with appliance wattage. The sleeve on each meal carries the exact times for that dish.

The 3-Day Pack contains 6 meals, the 5-Day Pack contains 10 meals, and the 7-Day Pack contains 14 meals — roughly a lunch and dinner for each day.

Yes. Packs are built to be mixed — you can combine curries, pasta, rice bowls and vegetarian dishes in whatever balance suits you.

Orders can usually be amended before they're packed. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we'll do what we can. Exact cut-off times are set by our fulfilment policy.

Meals are shipped frozen in insulated packaging so they arrive ready to go straight into your freezer. Delivery is free on orders over $75; below that a delivery charge applies at checkout. Delivery windows and coverage areas depend on the live store configuration.

Our insulated packaging is designed to help keep meals cold for the delivery day. If you won't be home, leave a safe-place note at checkout where available and move the meals to the freezer as soon as possible.
