These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, meal offerings, services, and related features. By accessing the website, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. Eligibility and Website Use

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to make purchases through our website. By using this website, you represent that you have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you will use the website only for lawful purposes.

You may not use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with website security or functionality, introduce malicious code, scrape content without authorization, impersonate another person, provide false or misleading information, or attempt to circumvent security, payment, fraud-prevention, or purchasing restrictions.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

2. Products and Product Information

Swift Frozen Meals offers prepared meals, frozen or chilled food items, meal packs, and related food-service products. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, ingredient information, serving information, images, pricing, availability, preparation instructions, and other product details.

Recipes, ingredients, packaging, portion presentation, labeling, menu availability, and product appearance may occasionally change. Product images are provided for presentation and informational purposes and may not always perfectly represent the delivered product.

3. Dietary Preferences, Allergens, and Individual Needs

Food preferences, dietary needs, and reactions differ from person to person. Customers are responsible for reviewing available ingredient and allergen information before ordering or consuming a product. If you have a severe food allergy, intolerance, medical dietary requirement, or concern about cross-contact, please contact us before ordering.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we cannot guarantee that any kitchen, preparation area, supplier, or product is completely free from traces of allergens. Menu descriptions, customer reviews, and testimonials do not guarantee suitability for every individual.

4. Food Storage, Preparation, and Safety

Customers are responsible for following storage, handling, thawing, heating, and preparation instructions supplied with the product or displayed on our website. Frozen meals should be transferred to appropriate frozen storage promptly after delivery unless product-specific instructions state otherwise.

Do not consume food that appears spoiled, contaminated, improperly sealed, or unsafe. If a shipment arrives damaged, warm when it should be frozen, or otherwise compromised, follow the reporting procedures in our Refund & Return Policy and contact us promptly.

5. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted. Where reasonably necessary, we may accept or decline an order, cancel an order, limit quantities, request additional information, verify billing or delivery details, or refuse transactions identified as potentially fraudulent or unauthorized.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, we will generally issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing and product information are accurate, but typographical, technical, pricing, or listing errors may occur. If an obvious error occurs, we may correct it and cancel or adjust affected orders where permitted by law.

Prices, promotions, discounts, menu availability, and special offers may change without prior notice. Taxes, delivery charges, service fees, and other applicable charges may be calculated separately and displayed during checkout.

7. Payments

Payment must be completed using an available checkout method. Payment processing may be provided by independent third-party processors. By submitting payment information, you represent that the information is accurate, that you are authorized to use the selected payment method, and that you authorize the charges associated with your purchase.

We may use payment-verification and fraud-prevention systems to help protect customers and our business. Swift Frozen Meals generally does not directly store complete payment-card numbers.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates only unless expressly stated to be guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier conditions, weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Orders containing temperature-sensitive food may be shipped in insulated or protective packaging. Customers should retrieve deliveries promptly and follow all storage instructions after receipt.

9. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for reviewing delivery details before submitting an order. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters fulfillment or has shipped. Additional charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

10. Returns, Refunds, Replacements, and Food-Safety Claims

Returns, refunds, replacements, damaged products, temperature-related concerns, incorrect items, and other post-purchase matters are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Because prepared food is perishable, physical returns may be restricted for health and safety reasons. Nothing in our policies is intended to limit mandatory consumer rights that apply under law.

11. Promotions and Discount Codes

We may offer discount codes, promotions, meal bundles, giveaways, sales, complimentary products, or other special offers. Unless otherwise stated, promotions may not be combinable, may be limited to one use per customer or household, may exclude certain products, may expire, have no cash value, and may be modified or discontinued where permitted by law.

We may cancel transactions involving fraudulent, unauthorized, or abusive use of promotions.

12. Customer Accounts

If account functionality is available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login information, providing accurate account details, restricting unauthorized access, and notifying us of suspected unauthorized activity.
